Gordie Howe Communications|March 13, 2020

SASKATOON, Sask. – The Gordie Howe Sports Complex takes the health and safety of our users, staff and general public very seriously. Our management team has been monitoring the situation in regards to the conronavirus (COVID-19) including what local, provincial and federal health agencies have recommended.

In support of the provincial sanctions of sport-governing bodies, the Indoor Training Center will be closed effecting 4 p.m. today on March 13, 2020 up until March 22, 2020. We will be pausing our operations until further notice.

We will continue to consult with medical professionals, our sporting partners and our management group on a continuing basis to reassess our pause. We will be providing an update on our pause every Sunday at noon via our social media network beginning on March 22, 2020.

We thank everyone in the community for their support of the Gordie Howe Sports Complex, and we look forward to having you all continue to be part of our family in the future. We feel this is the best course of action to take in order to do our part in keeping our community, province and country safe.
