Lazer Autobody Spirit of Sport Minor Football Award

Nomination Criteria

To be eligible for this award, the minor athlete:

• is currently registered in grade 7 or 8 in the greater Saskatoon Area,
• is registered on a Saskatoon Minor Football 5-on-5 Fall Flag Football team (Huskie or Huskie Girls),
• consistently demonstrates teamwork, sportsmanship, dedication and fair play.

Nomination Process

• LAZER AUTOBODY SPIRIT OF SPORT AWARD in Minor Football nominations accepted September 15-30, annually (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026).
• All nomination forms must be submitted before midnight on September 30, annually.

Selection Process

• LAZER AUTOBODY SPIRIT OF SPORT AWARD in Minor Football recipients will be selected from the submitted finalists by an Awards Committee made up of the GHSC Management Co Chair, the division heads of the specified minor sport and a representative of Lazer Autobody.

Announcement

• LAZER AUTOBODY SPIRIT OF SPORT AWARD in Minor Football recipients will be announced on or before October 15 on social media and shared through direct communications distributed to all athletes and their families, coaches and other volunteers.
• LAZER AUTOBODY SPIRIT OF SPORT AWARDS recipients will be updated on the website and awards wall within the Indoor Sports Training Centre by November 15, annually.
