Sask. MLB Draft Selection feature subject on blog

Logan Hofmann is one of the hottest MLB prospects to come out of Saskatchewan, and we were able sit down and chat with him for a story on the “Howe Happenings” blog.

The latest content of the blog went live on Wednesday afternoon. Hofmann, who is an elite level right-handed pitcher from Muenster, Sask., was the main feature story.

He talked about how he got into baseball for the love of the game and was actually more focused on making hockey his main sport until he reached high school. The MLB Draft selection of the Pittsburgh Pirates touched on playing in the Baseball Canada Cup, when it was held at the Gordie Howe Sports Complex in 2015, and how much he enjoys helping teach the younger generation of players coming up in baseball.

The second story was a piece that ran on our main website on our friends at ZONE Sports Physiotherapy. ZONE does a terrific job of helping local area athletes bounce back after injuries along with helping those in the general public recover from physical injury.

You can find the blog at howehappenings306.blogspot.com.

New content will be released on the ninth day of each month. We hope you will enjoy the stories that make up the posts on the “Howe Happenings” blog.

Logan Hofmann is the lead story on the “Howe Happenings” blog.
